My client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead our busy community pharmacy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving the success of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
- Provide professional, clinical, ethical, and legal pharmacy services to the community.
- Lead, support, and develop the pharmacy team to ensure excellent service and compliance.
- Ensure safe and effective management of medicines, prescriptions, and stock.
- Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
Requirements:
- Qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience as a pharmacist, with leadership or managerial experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong commitment to patient care and professional service.
- Ideally seeking an Independent Prescriber
- Minimum of 12 months as a Pharmacy manager in retail/Community Pharmacy
