Veterinary Surgeon Independent Practice North London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving, independent first opinion practice in North London. Recently refurbished and with exciting plans for further modernisation, this is a supportive clinic with an established client base, robust veterinary team, and highly skilled nurses.

The role is full-time, working 4 days per week (9am7pm) with no weekends, bank holidays, or out-of-hours. Appointments are booked at 15 minutes, and there's a flexible balance of consults and surgery depending on your preference. Sole charge is minimal, limited to short periods at either end of the day. The practice is well equipped with an IDEXX lab, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, and cautery, alongside support from peripatetic surgeons.

You'll be joining a strong team of 5 vets and 5 RVNs, supported by experienced locums when needed. The environment is friendly, forward-looking, and offers real scope for professional development. Certificates are supported and encouraged.

The package includes a salary of up to £65,000, CPD allowance, holiday entitlement, workplace pension, and free onsite parking. The practice is easily commutable by car or public transport, including links from central London.

This role would suit a veterinary surgeon with 3+ years' experience, confident in both consults and routine surgeries, and who values being part of a collaborative, modern, and growing practice.
