About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for veterinary surgeons of any experience level to join a fun, friendly, and supportive practice. Our client, a leading first-opinion clinic in the Mansfield area, seeks passionate individuals who are committed to delivering an exceptional standard of care. With its prime location near the M1 and A1, the practice boasts excellent transport links to Sheffield, Nottingham, and Lincoln, and is close to the scenic Sherwood Forest.

The facility is purpose-built and includes multiple spacious consult rooms and a fully equipped ops theatre. The practice prides itself on offering all the necessary tools such as digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house lab.

The existing team is composed of 7 supportive and welcoming vets, creating a low staff turnover environment. Team members have diverse clinical interests, ensuring abundant opportunities for advice and learning. The practice adheres to a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive clients, ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Duties

- Well-established, purpose-built first-opinion practice with a solid reputation in Mansfield

- 7-vet team with a supportive ethos and various clinical interests

- Safe work environment with a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive clients

- Excellent facilities with ongoing investment to support clinical advancement

- 4-day workweek

- No out-of-hours (OOH) work

- One weekend per month with time off in lieu
