An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, modern, independent practice located in Northamptonshire. This forward-thinking, community-focused clinic prides itself on its reputation for excellent care, clinical freedom, and strong case continuity.
The team is supportive, experienced, and passionate about veterinary medicine, making this a fantastic opportunity for a vet seeking a rewarding role in a collaborative environment.
Key Duties
- Provide high-quality veterinary care in a first-opinion small animal setting
- Work up cases independently with full clinical freedom and strong case continuity
- Consultations up to 20 minutes
- Participate in a 1 in 8 weekend rota (with time off in lieu)
- 4.5-day working week
- Collaborate with a team of 8 experienced vets and 15 qualified nurses
- Participate in knowledge sharing and ongoing development

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified MRCVS with confidence in routine veterinary procedures
