Hello there! I’m Alfie and I recruit Locum Vets and Nurses across the Midlands, Wales, and Northern Ireland. I really enjoy speaking to every candidate and getting to know them, as well as helping them through the recruitment process to find exactly what they are looking for!

Whether you’re a full-time Locum with years of experience or are just wanting to find out a little bit more about how it all works, I’m always available for a chat. I’ve been on both sides of the recruitment process in my time and have learnt that it is always best when all parties involved are honest and respectful. We use these two attributes to shape our approach to recruitment here at Prospect Health, ensuring that we are open, honest and transparent when conversing with clients and candidates, and that we always listen to what they have to say and do our best to help out in any way that we can.

Outside of the office I enjoy playing football, watching telly and gaming on the Xbox. I’m a Leeds United fan for my sins and despite this, try to remain positive most of the time! I also completed my Master’s Degree earlier this year and am always on the lookout for opportunities to expand my general knowledge!
