I have spent over 25 years working in healthcare recruitment spanning the primary care, pharmacy, optical & audiology, dental, veterinary, disability and education sectors. Currently focused on delivering ‘Total Workforce Solutions’, including permanent, locum, contract and contingent staffing to our partner clients across the UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

Having worked across all aspects of both operational delivery and client development, I have a proven track record and vast experience of both delivering excellent service to my clients, as well as ensuring we find the perfect roles for the candidates that we work with. I firmly believe that the key to success is developing open, honest and trusted relationships with all parties involved and ensuring everyone delivers on the commitments they make!

My current role is to develop strong links with our partner clients, as well as our team of specialist consultants, in order to ensure we are able to attract, recruit and retain the best clinical talent required by our clients. By doing this, we are able to deliver truly cost-effective ‘Total Workforce Solutions’ and deliver the best service possible to all of our clinicians, clients and other stakeholders.

Outside of work, my spare time is mainly spent with my wife and two daughters, walking our Cockapoo, Louie and my other two passions are cooking and following Leeds United!
