Cammi McLean

Specialist Recruitment Consultant

As a Veterinary Recruitment Consultant at Prospect Health, I specialise in recruiting across the East of England and throughout Scotland, helping connect talented veterinary professionals with opportunities that genuinely suit them.

We believe recruitment should be about more than simply matching a CV to a vacancy. It’s about getting to know people as individuals, understanding their career ambitions, personal circumstances and what they’re really looking for in their next move. My aim is to find the right fit for both candidate and client, creating a successful, long-term partnership.

Whether you’re a veterinary surgeon, veterinary nurse or practice looking to take the next step, I’m always happy to have a conversation.

Good recruitment is about people first, placements second.
