I have over 12 years of recruitment experience, working my way up from Candidate Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, Business Manager, to Divisional Director. I manage/run our Veterinary division here at Prospect Health, and we offer candidates and clients a Total Solution to recruitment by offering both Permanent and Locum opportunities.

I really like to get to know the candidates and clients, and I end up speaking with everyone on a regular basis over many months, even years. This is the best aspect of the job for me as it allows me to build trusting relationships and great partnerships.

I thoroughly enjoy recruitment and love nothing more than the buzz of placing great candidates at fantastic practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children and coaching the local children’s football teams.
