Prospect health was very instrumental in finding my first job post CCT. As an immigrant needing a practice with Tier 2 sponsorship, I was very worried about this. Louise was my main contact and was exceptional at keeping me informed and basically doing all the work. She found a few suitable practices according to my preferences and was happy to adjust when I suggested changes. She acted as liaison between myself and the practice I chose ensuring we were both carried along throughout the recruitment phase. Jason also filled in when Louise was away so I always had someone to speak to.
