My initial opportunity sounded ideal, being local and with a fast expanding company. However, the position was beyond my experience and therefore was not taken up. I was most impressed that within a very short time after the interview, Liam contacted me with feedback which was most helpful. From there, I could reassess future potential positions, and the agency could do the same. My next opportunity sounded much more suitable, being with a small independent practice. Unfortunately, I decided this was too far to commute, but again with this information being passed back to Liam, he could again tailor the next offer. This came again shortly after, with what is now my present, ideal position. I am now in a local, progressive independent, which suits all my needs.
Liam proved invaluable during initial negotiations over hours and pay etc. This made things much easier for me than doing so direct with my future employers. I had regular contact and felt comfortable with asking basic questions, and him being available after office hours meant I was not in the unfortunate position of having a colleague or employer listening in. I received a follow-up call and contacted him myself after starting the position, so always felt as if I had back-up to rely on. All in all, I found the service extremely efficient, professional, and possibly as importantly, friendly and approachable with nothing being too much trouble.
