In all my dealings with Prospect Optical, I found them to be polite, courteous and professional, yet also friendly and approachable. The whole process was made so much easier by them being available in the evenings as well as during working hours.If ever my contact was on another call or in a meeting, they returned my calls as soon as possible. They were consistently dependable in getting back to me when they said they would.

They were always willing to help with any requests or negotiations. I felt that the service provided was very personal. We spoke so often that my contact recognised my voice without me even having to identify myself!
