Hi I’m Phoebe, I specialise in recruiting MedTech professionals across the UK and Europe. I’ve successfully placed Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory professionals, from entry level up to highly senior people leaders, across a whole host of roles, and have worked on some incredibly niche and technical vacancies.

I started my career with Prospect Health in 2015 after previously working in UK Healthcare recruitment, and have since moved to MedTech division where I feel I’ve really found my passion. I get to work with such a variety of characters and it’s refreshing that no two roles or firms are the same. The Medical Device industry is genuinely one of the most interesting fields to work in, and it’s so exciting to be able to support some of the most innovative, progressive brands out there to attract new talent to their firms!
I love helping people develop their careers within businesses at the forefront of medical technology, it’s great to make a perfect match by really understanding what my candidates want from their next role.

Outside of work, I’m a country lass at heart, and the Yorkshire hills are where I’m happiest.

I am a keen equestrian and eventer, competing up to international 3* level. I’m usually at the stables on my lunchbreak and have even been known to have the occasional chat with candidates whilst out on a ride!

When not at the stables, you’ll find me out and about with my lovely labrador Maple – who also makes regular LinkedIn appearances!
I’d like to think that I bring my focus and competitive edge to the workplace, and the knowledge that if you work hard and plan properly you can succeed in most things!
