About the Role:

Established in 2019, our client's 2-chair dental surgery is a contemporary, community-centered clinic that prides itself on delivering quality dental care in a welcoming environment. Equipped with modern technology, they offer a wide range of services, including general, preventative and cosmetic dentistry. With an experienced, passionate and motivated team that loves what they do and will ensure a smooth transition and support.

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Dentist to take over the books from their outgoing team member in the thriving town of Chinchilla, located just 3 hours from Brisbane. This is a flexible full-time opportunity with excellent earning potential with a well-established practice. As one of only two dental practices in town, the books are consistently full, ensuring a steady flow of patients. Key Duties

• Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Maintaining patient records

• 40% - 42% commission on monthly sales revenue

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to Chinchilla, Queensland
• Experienced dentist with at least 3-to-5-year experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• A true team player, open to collaboration and discussing cases with peers
• Keen to continue learning, growing, and practising at the forefront of dentistry
• Growth-minded, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
