About the Role

Join a leading first opinion practice near Bedford, within easy reach of Luton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Cambridge. Our modern facility features 7 consult rooms, 1 theatre, and 5 specialized wards, alongside a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy suite and on-site physiotherapy.

Your Responsibilities

- Contribute to practice meetings

- Mentor junior colleagues, acting as a VetGDP Advisor

- Participate in protocol development

- Engage in business growth initiatives

- Provide fair and consistent leadership
