Are you an experienced vet looking for an exciting opportunity with a small animal practice in the charming city of Ely? We are seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon offering a £65,000 Per Annum base salary. This role accommodates both full-time and part-time work arrangements.

The Company:

- Single practice owned by an independent veterinarian

The Practice:

- Cozy setting with a touch of old-world charm, located inside a pet shop

- Two consultation rooms and one operational theater

- Small, supportive team: 1 full-time vet, part-time locum, qualified nurses, and managerial support staff

- Standard opening hours 9:00-18:00, Saturday shifts on a rotation basis

The Role:

- Sole charge responsibilities when required

- 15-minute standard consultation appointments

- Balanced mix of consultations and surgeries, ideal for those who enjoy variety

- 4 to 5 days per week based on candidate preference; possibility for more during holidays

The Package:

- Salary between £65k - £85k, dependent on experience

- £40 per hour compensation

- 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

- No accommodation or car provided
