Are you currently working in medical capital sales and you are used to managing a complete sales cycle typically delivering deals of £25-150k - this could be a great position to consider.

Our client is a highly regarded Orthopaedic specialist that has excellent market share in the NHS and Private setting. They are a global business that can offer individuals outstanding career progression, development and training. They are instantly recognisable in the medical sector, have outstanding product ranges across Sports Medicine, Power Tools and wider capital equipment and are highly respected within the device sector.

In this role you will have focus on their capital range of orthopaedic power tools with direct exposure to surgical procedure but also with a commercial focus looking to develop existing and new relationships across a £1 million + South East territory.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CAPITAL SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE HOSPITAL SETTING TO BE CONSIDERED

Key Duties

  • Managing existing business, looking to expand relationships and targeting new business/competitor accounts.
  • Build brand awareness and expand on an outstanding client with an excellent reputation.
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients
  • Carry out the complete sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally
  • You will receive market leading training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources


Package and Benefits

  • Basic Salary £40 - £60k, On target year one earnings £28k but uncapped and a direct 10% of sales above 100%!
  • Car allowance or fully expensed company car
  • Pension scheme and medical


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client requirements

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in capital sales in the hospital setting
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Must be degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, highly organised and a strong communicator
