The role is at a long established and well respected practice in the Reading area.
Prospect Health have a long standing relationship with the practice and we have recruited various healthcare professionals into the practice who have spoken highly of their time there.
The incoming Paramedic would join a strong and stable existing team of clinicians including GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurses, ANPs and existing Paramedics. They will also benefit from a superb admin and management team, resulting in a well organised and well run surgery with a sustainable workload.
The surgery is high performing with a Good CQC report and consistently high QOF scores.
The role would involve home visiting and in practice appointments.
The team in place is very close knit and they enjoy regular meetings and get togethers.

Key Duties
- Practice Paramedic Role
- Ideally full time 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
- Flexibility on hours and days however Friday is essential.
- Strong existing clinical team including GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurse, ANPs and Paramedics
- On site parking
- Support for development

Package and Benefits
- £35,000 to £44,000 FTE

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK
- Registered as a Paramedic with the HCPC and COP
