Are you an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for a supportive and professional environment in Berkshire?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-feel, independent practice group with multiple locations in Windsor, Egham, and Ascot.
The Role
- Full-time 4-day working week
- Standard start 8:30am (8:00am on surgery days) with finish between 5:306:30pm depending on rota
- Mix of consultations and general surgeries, including neutering and routine procedures
- 15-minute consults as standard
- Once weekly on-call until 9pm, with a 1 in 5 weekend rota (Saturday & Sunday mornings with on-call until 5pm)
- Occasional branch sole charge

- Independent small animal practices serving busy, affluent communities
- Strong team support from veterinary, nursing, reception, and administrative staff
- Multi-site role across Windsor, Egham, and Ascot
- Core focus on first-opinion care, with an emphasis on client communication and professional development
- Modern facilities with equipment to support routine surgeries and diagnostics

About You
- Post-qualification experience in small animal practice required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to support junior vets and participate in mentoring
- Flexible and collaborative, comfortable working across multiple sites
