Clinical Sales Specialist, Diagnositic Imaging

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our clients team. This field-based role, working across the South West of the UK, and is dedicated to selling cutting-edge Diagnostic Imaging products into hospitals, imaging centres, radiation oncology departments, and more. As the primary contact for customers evaluating the acquisition of innovative solutions, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical & Educational Support: Provide product demos, hands-on clinical support, and CPD-accredited training to enhance customer knowledge and engagement.
  • Client Engagement: Travel to customer sites, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to align solutions with their needs.
  • Sales Execution & Planning: Create and adjust strategic account plans to meet business objectives and revenue targets based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, including client details, sales opportunities, and visit logs to support strategic planning and collaboration.
  • Internal Communication: Participate in team meetings, share performance updates, and align with business goals to contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements/Expectations:

  • Certified Radiographer degree or experience working within medical imaging within hospital environment.
  • Ideally experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare or diagnostic imaging sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Valid driving license and the ability to travel frequently.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
