Our client, a successful UK based firm, is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Territory Manager to join their Medical Division covering the South West region.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a market-leading portfolio of medical devices, working closely with Anaesthetists, Intensivists, Theatre Teams and Nursing Professionals across NHS and private healthcare settings.
You'll be working with a varied portfolio, including ventilation devices, temperature management, and nebulisers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales, increasing market share and developing strong clinical relationships throughout the territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales, increasing market share and developing strong clinical relationships throughout the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve territory revenue targets
- Promote and demonstrate medical device products to healthcare professionals
- Deliver product training and education to clinical users
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across NHS and private hospitals
- Develop and implement effective territory business plans
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities
- Support product launches, exhibitions, workshops and educational events
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reports and sales forecasts
About You:
- Degree educated, ideally in science or technical area OR experience working in a clinical environment (Laboratory/ Hospital/ wider Healthcare setting)
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage confidently with clinicians and procurement stakeholders
- Highly organised, self-motivated and results driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory and attend occasional national or international events
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary £35,000 - £45,000
- Bonus £24,000, split and paid quarterly, uncapped with healthy overachieve
