Non Pharmacist Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and organisation
• Lead, motivate, and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of service
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient experience at all times
• Manage staff rotas, holidays, and staffing levels in line with business needs
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Support stock management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory
• Monitor and improve workflow processes to maximise productivity
• Liaise with the pharmacist and wider team to ensure safe and effective service delivery
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Support with administrative duties, reporting, and record-keeping

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment (preferred)
• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems (Titan experience desirable but not essential)

• Competitive hourly rate up to £15.50 depending on experience
