Are you a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist looking for an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites?

We are currently seeking an experienced Multisite Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care across Bristol and Somerset, covering three hospital-based locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and motivated Pharmacist who enjoys working in varied environments and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

The role involves regular travel between sites and may occasionally require overnight stays, so flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements.
• Provide patients with clear medication counselling, advice and support.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and support safe and effective medicines management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure appropriate stock and inventory management.
• Provide immunisation services where applicable.
• Offer advice regarding over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products.
• Contribute to health promotion and wider public health initiatives.
• Maintain consistently high standards of patient safety and pharmaceutical care across all sites.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of medicines, pharmacy practice and healthcare developments.
• Flexible and positive approach to working across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight when required.
