This role is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys being clinically involved and supporting pharmacy growth without managerial responsibilities. The pharmacy is currently dispensing approximately 2,000 items per month, with a clear and ambitious plan to increase this to 7,000 items per month as quickly as possible.
The Role
- Accurate and safe dispensing of prescriptions
- Providing high-quality clinical advice and patient care
- Supporting and delivering NHS and private pharmacy services
- Working closely with the pharmacy team to improve efficiency and workflow
- Supporting the growth of prescription volume and services
- Ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and SOPs
About You
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist (essential)
- Community pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Confident, reliable, and team-oriented
- Experience with additional services (e.g. NMS, CPCS, vaccinations, services delivery) is a bonus
