Surgical Sales Role, Hospital Consumables - South West UK

Hospital sales opportunity working with established surgical portfolio across South West UK.

Are you a successful medical sales rep currently selling into theatre setting?

If you are driven by success, have a passion for clinical sales and could be open to working in a specialist sector of medical devices then please get in touch as we have a great role covering a high performing, established South West territory.

The role sells across multiple therapy areas in general surgery, including mesh and surgical stapling working with respected product ranges, both within the NHS and private hospital setting.

Our client is a specialist medical device brand that is in a really exciting period and forecasts significant growth over the next 12 months with new products coming through.


Territory Details

  • South West England and South Wales


Key Duties

  • You will manage current accounts in key areas but also develop new hospital's in line with growth plan
  • Train product knowledge and support surgical cases, expanding on client base
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients
  • Carry out the complete sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally
  • You will receive full training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management and internal sources


Package and Benefits

  • £40k - £50k Circa Basic (flexible DOE)
  • £24k on target Bonus (plus Overage)
  • Executive level company car (electric/ hybrid)
  • Pension, training, medical insurance etc.


Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' medical sales experience, working within the surgical/ theatre setting
  • Degree educated ideally in a Science, Sport or Anatomy related field
  • You will be able to boast a proven track record of sales excellence
  • Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, and highly organised and a strong communicator
