Dispensing Optician / Optical Assistant / Practice Manager role, Slough, full time, basic up to £35,000.

Job Summary

• Superb recently released Optical Dispenser / Practice Manager role based near to Slough
• Work in a diverse role offering professional high quality optical dispensing and undertake full practice management responsibilities
• Will oversee a small/medium size team who work with great passion overseeing double clinics on daily basis
• Practice operates with digital records and start of art facilities with wide product choice to the benefit of their much valued client base

Key Duties

• Available to work full time five days a week plus one weekend day minimum requirement
• Able to commit to shifts 9am-5:30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-5pm Sunday
• Opportunity to work in a highly personable practice that offers just two clinics per day so great opportunity to build lasting personal relationships both internally and externally
• Management experienced candidates required ideally or a very experienced Dispensing Optician looking to get into management
• The ideal applicant would have confidence to perform excellent thorough dispensing at all levels and have strong ability to run clinics, lead the team, manage rotas, handle complaints etc

Package and Benefits

• Up to £35,000 basic for experienced qualified dispensers with proven managerial experience plus bonus on sales completed
• 20 days holiday plus bank

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Proven practice manager or experienced qualified Dispensing Optician keen to move in to a managerial position
• Experienced Optical Assistant capable to dispense at all levels or confident qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
• Right to work in the UK required
