Digital Pharmacist role- Milton Keynes (On-Site)

Position: GPhC-Registered Pharmacist
Location:Milton Keynes
Salary: £40,000£50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am6pm or 8am5pm (1-hour break)

Work Arrangement: On-site only (no remote working)

Role Overview:

My client is seeking a dedicated and proactive GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for both newly qualified pharmacists and those with experience looking to further their career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with prescriptions.
• Provide expert advice on the use of medicines and medical appliances.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage and oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards.
• Analyze data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve performance targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and basic Excel functions.
• Experience with various delivery providers.
• Knowledge of process mapping and efficiency optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in managing challenging customer interactions effectively.
