An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing, independent veterinary group in Buckinghamshire. With over 15 years of success and multiple practices across the UK, this group combines the security and resources of a larger organisation with the personal touch and flexibility of a family-owned business.
This particular site is a modern and purpose-built practice. The position offers flexible working, no on-call, and a true work-life balance supported by a passionate and respectful team.
Key Duties
- General veterinary duties within a modern first-opinion practice
- Work alongside permanent colleagues and visiting ophthalmology, soft tissue, and orthopaedic specialists
- Use of modern equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, and Idexx integrated lab
- Opportunity to help drive growth in a rapidly expanding clinic (50% YoY growth)
- Flexible rota to suit personal preferences and lifestyle
- Full-time: 4-day week + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
- Part-time roles also available
Package and Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 FTE (depending on experience and hours)
- Up to 6 weeks of annual leave
