Practice Nurse job in Wisbech, up to £45,000 FTE basic salary, experience in diabetes, COPD or asthma.

We are recruiting a Practice Nurse for a GP practice in Wisbech. You will be required to have some primary care experience and have qualifications to provide diabetes, COPD, respiratory or asthma clinics autonomously.

The practice has a patient list size of around 7,400 patients with an experienced team of GPs, Nurses and allied health professionals.

Key Duties

As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive care plans. You will also educate patients on their health conditions and provide support throughout their treatment journey.

Package and Benefits

• Full and part-time hours considered

• £30,000-£45,000 FTE basic salary, dependent on experience and qualifications

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Primary care experience is essential
• Experience with diabetes, respiratory, COPD or asthma
• Practice Nurse registered on the NMC UK
• Right to work in the UK
