Key Responsibilities:
As the Cluster Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the company's Interventional Radiology strategy, focusing on growing sales and building a strong pipeline of opportunities. Your focus will be across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium, but predominately with a UK focus (70%). You will work closely with key decision-makers, manage key accounts, and establish the company as a trusted partner within the clinical community.

We are working with a leading global healthcare company, offering an incredible opportunity for an ambitious Cluster Sales Specialist to join their dynamic Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Cluster Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the company's Interventional Radiology strategy, focusing on growing sales and building a strong pipeline of opportunities. Your focus will be across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium, but predominately with a UK focus (70%). Your main duties will include:
- Leading the execution of the countries agenda to maximize sales within your territory.
- Identifying, segmenting, and mapping potential opportunities in the IR field.
- Developing and implementing effective pipeline plans.
- Engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, and clinicians to accelerate growth.
- Developing business opportunities within OEM and private sectors.
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive strategic account plans and achieve sales goals.
- Attending national and European congresses to stay updated on industry trends and expand your professional network.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in sales within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, or similar fields. Your expertise in building relationships with key healthcare professionals and your passion for driving business growth will make you an invaluable member of the team.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in a Life Sciences-related field (Radiography, Medical, Scientific, Pharmacy, etc.) is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- A strong network within the Interventional Radiology, oncology, or vascular specialties.
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.

- Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and exceeding goals.

Package:
- A flexible basic salary £58,000 - £68,000 DOE.
- Strong additional uncapped bonus potential (to be discussed during interview)
- Company car/ allowance, wider company benefits & travel allowances.
Location & Travel:
- This role is field-based, with significant travel required within the assigned territory.
