This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking for more than a traditional clinical role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take responsibility for an established clinic, help develop the business and, in time, potentially progress towards taking over the clinic and business.
The role
- Full-time Hearing Aid Dispenser position
- Based at an established hearing clinic in Cockermouth
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running and development of the clinic
- Every other Saturday morning, 9am-1pm
- Opportunity for increased responsibility and business involvement over time
- Potential share options for the right candidate in the future
- Relocation support may be available
Salary & benefits
- £38,000-£42,000 per annum, reviewed annually
- 10% commission on sales
- 30 days' annual leave
- Potential future share options
- Relocation package may be considered
About you
- We're looking for an experienced HAD who is:
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- Confident working independently
- Commercially minded and interested in growing a clinic
- A strong communicator who enjoys building long-term patient relationships
- Ambitious and interested in developing their career and potentially moving into business ownership
This is an excellent opportunity for an HAD who wants greater autonomy, responsibility and the potential to become involved in the ownership of an established independent hearing care business.
