My client is currently looking for an experienced dentist to join their prestigious Faculty of Dentistry team as a Clinical Educator in the beautiful city of Dunedin in New Zealand's picturesque Otago.

Key Duties:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to all age groups
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice & maintaining patient records
• Provide high-quality clinical teaching and supervision to undergraduate and/or postgraduate dental students
• Support student development through mentoring, assessment, and feedback in a clinical environment
• Contribute to the delivery of an exceptional learning experience within a collaborative academic team
• Maintain clinical standards while fostering a supportive and engaging teaching culture

Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to New Zealand
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) with the Dental Board of New Zealand and associated working visas (with support from the client.)
• Hold unrestricted APC registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of New Zealand
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentists, and have solid clinical experience and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a student-focused approach
• Are looking to balance clinical practice with an academic or educational career pathway
