About the Role:

Situated on the stunning mid-north coast of NSW, in the picturesque town of Nambucca Heads, this modern 3-chair dental practice provides a wide range of services for patients of all ages. The services include preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, and in-house whitening. With an excellent reputation within the community, this practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to its loyal patient base in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Operating 40 hours per week across 5 days, you'll work alongside a skilled and dedicated team of dental professionals, with ample opportunities for professional development within the extensive Australasian network of the organization. Backed by strong management and a friendly team, the practice offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients. • Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate to Australia
• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentists or new graduates
