Our client, a leading dental clinic located in the beautiful Island Sands, Queensland, is seeking a talented and skilled dentist to join their growing team on a full-time basis in of the most stunning and thriving coastal areas in the world. You will be able to work alongside a friendly and experienced team of dental professionals in a welcoming and collaborative environment. Key Duties

• Provide general dentistry, including preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and extractions.
• Provide guidance and advise on oral health and hygiene
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient care
• Uphold the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and care
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans
• Foster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages.
• Maintaining patient records

Package and Benefits

• Opportunity to live and work in Australia
• Basic retainer salary of $180,000 & earning potential up to $350,000
• 40% - 42% commission on monthly sales revenue
• Potential for support with relocation costs, visas and dental registration
• 1 Dentistry CPD per year is paid for by the client

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client)
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Willingness to relocate to Island Sands, Queensland
• Experienced dentist or new graduates
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
