A fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Dentist to join an established New Zealand practice and take over a loyal patient base following the retirement of a long-standing clinician.I am recruiting on behalf of my client for a confident and experienced dentist who is looking to step into an established patient book, with excellent scope to build a busy and rewarding caseload.
The practice has a strong reputation for comprehensive, patient-focused dentistry and places great importance on long-term patient relationships.
The Role
You will be supported by an experienced clinical and support team, including three hygienists, established specialist referral networks and modern digital dentistry technology such as intraoral scanning, clinical photography and in-house 3D printing.
Clinical Scope:
The practice is looking for a dentist who enjoys the variety of general dentistry and is confident managing a broad range of patient needs.
Experience in comprehensive examinations and treatment planning, restorative and adhesive dentistry, crown and bridge, molar endodontics, oral surgery, emergency care, periodontal management and implant restoration would be highly valued.
Experience with IV sedation, Invisalign or implant placement would be advantageous but is not essential.
The Ideal Candidate:
This opportunity would suit a clinically confident and independent dentist who combines strong clinical skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. As you will be taking over patients who have often been with the practice for many years, the ability to build trust and provide thoughtful, long-term care is particularly important.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold registration with the New Zealand Dental Council within the relevant scope of practice and a current Annual Practising Certificate.
If you're looking to inherit an established patient base, work within a supportive and well-equipped practice, and build a long-term future in New Zealand, I would be delighted to have a confidential conversation with you.
