Our client is currently seeking either a graduate or experienced full-time general dentist to join their thriving practice in Nambucca Heads, New South Wales. Nambucca offers a fantastic lifestyle and great opportunities for professional development within a friendly and supportive community.

About the Role:

Situated on the stunning mid-north coast of NSW, in the picturesque town of Nambucca Heads, this modern 3-chair dental practice provides a wide range of services for patients of all ages.

The services include preventative care, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implants, endodontics, and in-house whitening. With an excellent reputation within the community, this practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to its loyal patient base in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Operating 40 hours per week across 5 days, you'll work alongside a skilled and dedicated team of dental professionals, with ample opportunities for professional development within the extensive Australasian network of the organization. Backed by strong management and a friendly team, the practice offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients.

• Develop treatment plans and educate patients on recommended procedures

• Forster strong relationships with patients and team members
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice & maintaining patient records
• Providing a comprehensive range of dental services to patients of all ages

Package & Benefits:

• Earning potential between AUD$150,000 to AUD$300,000• 40% commission on monthly sales revenue

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
• Relevant qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
• Strong experience in general dentistry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high standard of patient-centered care & strong clinical skills and standards
• Experienced dentists or new graduates
• Growth-mindset, with a willingness to expand your skills and take on new challenges
