Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the GP training program
- Support and mentor supervisors and trainees
- Collaborate with the wider clinical team
- Contribute to practice growth and strategic planning
Requirements:
- Experience as a GP Trainer
- Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for teaching and developing others
Workload & Benefits:
- Average 12 patients per session (15 min appointments)
- Duty: 1 day per week
- Minimal home visits
- Up to £13,000 per session
- 6 weeks holiday, 1 week
- CPD support, NHS Pension
- MDU contribution provided
