Clinical Lead GP

We are looking for an experienced GP Trainer to take on a leadership role in a growing training program.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of training across two sites, work closely with existing supervisors, and contribute to practice growth. The role offers the potential to progress toward partnership for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the GP training program
  • Support and mentor supervisors and trainees
  • Collaborate with the wider clinical team
  • Contribute to practice growth and strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Experience as a GP Trainer
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Passion for teaching and developing others

Workload & Benefits:

  • Average 12 patients per session (15 min appointments)
  • Duty: 1 day per week
  • Minimal home visits
  • Up to £13,000 per session
  • 6 weeks holiday, 1 week
  • CPD support, NHS Pension
  • MDU contribution provided
