The Role:

As a Salaried GP at our practice, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering comprehensive general medical services to a diverse patient population. You will work closely with our experienced clinicians, practice nurses, and administrative staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality clinical care to patients, including consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Delivering a range of services including chronic disease management, preventative healthcare, and health promotion.
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff and trainees.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical audits.
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Adhering to clinical guidelines and practice policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Experience as a GP (newly qualified or experienced candidates welcome).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
• Proficiency in using EMIS Web or similar clinical systems is desirable, but not essential.
