Full time, independent, Dispensing Optician & Manager role, Poole, basic up to £40,000 plus bonus

Key Duties

• 37.5 hours working 830AM-5PM across five days per week with the employer providing a one hour lunch break
• Shifts are required Monday to Saturday with regular Saturday working requested as busy day for the practice
• Consistently provide thorough high quality dispensing to suit patient needs with high level of care and attentiveness
• Manage and engage your colleagues to further drive the success of this already thriving opticians utilising practice performance data effectively

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• GOC registered Dispensing Optician
• Must have previous management experience or sufficient industry tenure to feel confident managing a team
• Have the right to work in the UK
