The Opportunity
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of a dynamic and highly specialised market. You'll work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and key healthcare stakeholders-playing a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive territory growth by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Build and develop strong relationships with surgeons, HCPs, and decision-makers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across your region
- Deliver product training and in-theatre support during joint replacement procedures
- Create and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to wider strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise opportunities across accounts
- Become a true product expert through structured training and ongoing development
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience (medical sales highly desirable)
- Exposure to orthopaedics or joint replacement is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospital environments
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passion for continuous learning and personal development

Package
- £40-52k base salary depending on experience
- £33,500 on target bonus Can overachieve significantly
- Car or car allowance, pension, medical, corporate package
