Following an internal promotion we are delighted to present this outstanding opportunity to join a global leader in medical technology, taking ownership of a high value territory with a market leader in joint replacement including surgical robotics.

The Opportunity

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of a dynamic and highly specialised market. You'll work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and key healthcare stakeholders-playing a critical role in delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

This is a field-based, high-impact role where no two days are the same-from strategic account planning to supporting procedures in theatre.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive territory growth by meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Build and develop strong relationships with surgeons, HCPs, and decision-makers
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across your region
  • Deliver product training and in-theatre support during joint replacement procedures
  • Create and execute a robust territory business plan aligned to wider strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maximise opportunities across accounts
  • Become a true product expert through structured training and ongoing development

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2-3 years' sales experience (medical sales highly desirable)
  • Exposure to orthopaedics or joint replacement is a strong advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospital environments
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and personal development

Package

  • £40-52k base salary depending on experience
  • £33,500 on target bonus Can overachieve significantly
  • Car or car allowance, pension, medical, corporate package
