Our client, a leading Tier 3 Veterinary Hospital, is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their team in Hull. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000, dependent on experience, and includes a welcome bonus of up to £500, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. This role is perfect for an RVN passionate about training and mentoring Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs) and Animal Care Assistants (ACAs), with responsibilities including setting training targets and establishing efficient training systems. Enjoy flexible rota patterns tailored to balance professional and personal life, with no out-of-hours or on-call duties required. Full-time staff work four 10-hour shifts per week and only one Saturday in four, with a compensatory day off. Our client supports professional development and encourages nurses to pursue further qualifications.

Key Duties

• The RVN will mentor SVNs and ACAs, lead training programs, and manage day-to-day clinical activities including clinics, surgeries, and patient care. The role requires no out-of-hours work.
