Clinical Director opportunity based in an RCVS accredited practice, leading a team of 11 experienced Vets. This practice is offering a salary of up to £75,000.

This clinic has a long history of being the top veterinary facility in the region, with a stellar reputation for customer care and professional excellence. In addition to being the host practice for Vets Now, the central Eastbourne surgery also houses a stand-alone, independent orthopaedic referral practice.

There is a team of 11 vets and 15 RVNs working across 4 sites, with the 3 branch surgeries feeding into the main centre in Eastbourne for procedures and hospitalisation. There is a huge focus for future development of the clinical and non-clinical teams.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role, and the ability to demonstrate clear financial understanding. They will also demonstrate good clinical skill level, to be able to support and develop the clinical teams. This role will include both clinical and administration work, supported by the senior leadership team.

Key Duties

• Demonstrate leadership and strategic expertise to maximise the performance of the team and practice
• 40 hours over 4 or 5 days
• No OOH's

Package and Benefits

• Up to £75,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
• 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave
• RCVS and VDS fees paid

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• RCVS registered
• Proven record of previous leadership experience
