Excellent opportunity to join a small practice in the Grays area of Essex. This is ideally suited to a GP seeking the opportunity to develop clinically, with the support of a skilled multi-disciplinary team. The practice welcomes informal visits and conversations.

Small, friendly GP practice based in Grays that is now seeking a Salaried GP to join the team. The practice provides primary care services to approximately 5,000 patients and is a single site which can offer various development opportunities as it is part of a larger network. The network actively encourages clinical training and has access to funding to provide you with clear development pathways.

As this is a small site, there will be times of independent working, it is therefore required that you are comfortable with autonomy. The workload is manageable, with a capped number of 18 patients per session including both telephone and face to face. The practice is slowly moving back to a more face to face model. There is a clinical team to support with admin, and your admin requirements are also capped per hour.

There is a supporting Paramedic to take on the majority of home visits, but you may be required to do a maximum of 2 in a day. The site is purpose built and easy to commute to from Romford, Brentwood and Basildon.

Package and Benefits

• £10,000 - £13,125 per session depending on experience
• £80,000 - £105,000 for full time equivalent of 8 sessions
• Part time and full time considered

• GMC registered GP
• Recent GP experience
