Job Details 

A small animal surgery in Romford is searching for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to complement their established team of 10 vets, 6 RVNs, 6 student nurses, and 8 receptionists. Enjoy free on-site parking and superb transport links, reaching central London in just 25 minutes or the Essex countryside within 20 minutes. This ideal location is also convenient for both City & Southend Airport.

The surgery is built to the highest industry standards, equipped with state-of-the-art technology including 2 dedicated operating theatres, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, digital radiographs, and full endoscopy and laparoscopy unit. We pride ourselves on investing in technology to enhance the services we offer to our clientele.

Responsibilities 

Candidates will need strong UK experience, confidence with occasional sole charge, and competence in routine surgical procedures. Excellent diagnostic and medicinal skills are a must, along with exemplary people skills and flexibility in practice.

Working Hours 

Full-time positions encompass 40 hours per week, with a weekend rota of just 1 in 6 full weekends and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
