Ideal Candidate:

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Healthcare Leadership
• Minimum of 5 years of senior nursing leadership experience, preferably in complex or academic/universities health systems
• Strong understanding of international healthcare standards and best practices
• Proven track record in strategic planning and change management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
