Key Duties
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
- Support the dispensing process by verifying and accurately preparing medications for patient delivery
- Maintain accurate prescription and order records, reporting any discrepancies immediately
- Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of safety and quality
- Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to answer patient queries and deliver exceptional customer service
- You will be working in a fast-paced, inspiring environment, building strong relationships with pharmacy teams, local health professionals, and customers from all walks of life.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Qualification (or equivalent as per GPhC requirements)
- Registered Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience in a pharmacy setting with a strong track record in accuracy checking
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy regulations and procedures
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
- Management experience (1 year preferred)
