We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist with a background in life sciences, histology, or pathology to join a market-leading provider of innovative lab solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a world-class portfolio of microtomes, histology consumables, reagents, tissue-marking dyes, lab equipment, and digital imaging systems. You'll be working closely with NHS and private sector labs, universities, and research centres, supporting customers with cutting-edge tools that drive accuracy and efficiency in diagnostics and research.

Territory - West Midlands, Wales, South West, PArtial South Coast.

The Role

• Manage and grow accounts across your territory, building strong long-term relationships.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to laboratory staff.
• Develop new business opportunities across histology and pathology laboratories.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure success in the market.

About You

• Degree in Life Sciences (or strong lab/technical background in histology or pathology).
• Sales experience in the medical, scientific, or laboratory space (or strong desire to move into commercial role).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own territory.
• Confident delivering product demonstrations and technical training.
