You will join a modern private family medicine clinic providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.

The practice has an established patient base and continues to experience strong demand for family medicine services, allowing new physicians to build a busy patient panel quickly. About the Practice

This well-established private clinic provides a supportive and professional environment where physicians are encouraged to develop long-term patient relationships while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals within a collaborative setting, supported by modern electronic medical records and efficient administrative processes designed to minimise paperwork and maximise time with patients.

The clinic promotes a patient-centred approach to primary care and offers physicians the flexibility to shape their own practice whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced clinical and operational team.

Key Duties

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Promote preventative healthcare and healthy lifestyle choices
• Order and interpret laboratory investigations, imaging and other diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver vaccinations and preventative health services
• Coordinate ongoing patient care and specialist referrals where appropriate
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Support patients and families through education and long-term health management

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• MRCGP or MICGP with UK General Practice experience, or an equivalent recognised Family Medicine qualification
• Eligibility for medical registration in Ontario
• Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills
• A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working
• Commitment to delivering high-quality primary care
• Ability to begin the relocation process with a view to moving to Canada within the next 12 months
