Key Duties
- Deliver high-quality first-opinion veterinary care
- Manage a varied small animal caseload with a balanced mix of consultations and surgery
- Work cases up to a high clinical standard with continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with the wider clinical team and leadership
- Contribute ideas and support the ongoing growth and development of the practice
- Build strong client relationships within a loyal local community
Working Pattern
- 5-day working week
- Approximately 50/50 consult and surgery split
- 15-minute consultations as standard, with flexibility for longer appointments where required
- 1 in 4 Saturdays with time off in lieu
- Manageable out-of-hours rota with additional financial incentives and retainers

- Opportunity to work closely alongside an experienced Clinical Director with backgrounds in both independent and corporate practice leadership

Key Skills, Qualifications and Requirements
- BVSc or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK
- RCVS registration (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in small animal practice preferred
- Confident with consultations and routine surgery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive and proactive approach with enthusiasm for contributing to practice growth
