The Role
Applications are welcomed from experienced Veterinary Surgeons with three or more years' UK experience.
Whilst the ideal candidate will enjoy both small animal and equine work (approximately a 75:25 split), applications are also welcomed from experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeons or Equine only Vets.
The practice offers genuine flexibility around working patterns, with roles tailored wherever possible to suit the successful applicant.

The new hospital will feature advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities, including:
- CT scanner
- MRI
- Modern diagnostic imaging suite
- Comprehensive in-house laboratory
- Advanced surgical facilities
- Continued investment in new equipment as clinical needs evolve
The team currently consists of:
- 8+ Veterinary Surgeons
- 12 Registered Veterinary Nurses
- Veterinary Care Assistants
- Dedicated Hydrotherapist
- Experienced support staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care

- Four-day working week (40 hours)
- 8:00am - 6:30pm
- Protected lunch break plus additional breaks throughout the day
- 1 in 3 (typically 1 in 4) Saturday rota with time off in lieu
- Shared weekend on-call rota with generous time off before and after
- Minimal sole charge responsibilities
- Flexibility to tailor the balance of consultations and surgery around individual interests
