A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Practice Manager to join a successful and friendly opticians team in Lymington on a full time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join a renowned practice based in Lymington on a full time basis.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the practice, such as organising staff and managing rotas.

You will be based within a friendly and well-established practice, who's main aim is to offer exceptional patient care. The practice is based within an excellent high street position in the beautiful coastal town of Lymington, which offers a relaxed working environment.

Key Duties

• Based within a modern practice fitted with state of the art facilities
• Ensure the successful running of the practice including rotas, purchasing stock and dispensing
• Be a driven individual with a passion for optics working alongside an experienced and tenured team to provide exceptional patient care
• Usual working hours are 8:30am till 17:30pm, 1 hour lunch break, Monday to Friday with a shorter day on the weekend

Package and Benefits

• Guaranteed basic between £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) with opportunity for c. £3,000 additional bonus
• Relocation allowance if relocating

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Right to work in the UK essential
• Optical experience required with a minimum of 2 years in a management role
• Ability to dispense as required
